COVID-19 Advisory

COVID-19 UPDATE FOR ROUNDTABLES

Since our highest concern is the safety of our associates and guests we continue to work with our venues to ensure a healthy and safe environment.

While the risk remains low at this time, we realize there is a lot of uncertainly around COVID-19 and that some firms have implemented restrictive travel policies, mostly international, but some domestic.

If you are sick, have been sick, have an elevated temperature, or have been to China or other Level 3 Countries in the past 60 days, we ask that you do not attend. We continue to monitor the situation staying in close contact with the venue and we will continue to update you.

  • We are carefully following the guidance of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)
  • Requesting that all attendees and exhibitors evaluate their own health and that of those they’re in close contact with. We encourage all attendees that are sick or showing symptoms of illness to stay home and contact us in regards to their registration.
  • Requiring attendees to follow the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) for everyday preventive actions to help prevent the spread of respiratory viruses Implementing a “No Handshake” policy and requiring that all attendees wash their hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing
  • Providing sanitizers for use in the meeting rooms
  • Limiting the number of attendes to maintain small groups as per the CDC's recommnendations

Updates Regarding the Roundtables :

Structured Products Roundtable Postponed to Fall

Over the past few weeks, we have been closely monitoring and evaluating the situation around COVID-19 to ensure we are taking the necessary measures to protect the health and wellbeing of our roundtable attendees. As a result, we have made the difficult but important decision to postpone the upcoming Stuctured Products Roundgtable scheduled for April in New Orlean.   We want to thank all our attendees and partners for their support, open discussions and encouragement. We fully intend to reschedule this event for the second half of 2020. We will be working with our partners and venue to finalize the details and will share more information with you about our plans in the coming weeks.

These Roundtables are Still on Schedule as of Today

At this time, we remain optimistic that these meetings will occur as scheduled, as the date falls beyond the recent CDC guidance regarding meetings and travel. Also, we expect to limit the total headcount of the meeting in order to stay at or below the CDC’s recommendations—so if you would like to attend, we suggest that you register today to reserve your spot. As the COVID-19 situation evolves, we will notify all registrants immediately regarding any changes.
